Finding a great match for your family begins with filling out our Family Registration and providing us with some detailed information about your family. Once you're ready to move forward, we will send you our agreement for an e-signature and non-refundable payment of $250.

Based on your specific criteria, we carefully match nannies most suitable for your position. After reviewing our candidates and determining who meets your needs, detailed portfolios of each candidate will be e-mailed to you for your consideration.
We coordinate interviews.
We coordinate and schedule interviews with your hand selected candidates in the comfort of your home. We will provide a list of questions to get the conversation started. After the interview process, we follow up with both you and the candidates for detailed and confidential feedback.. Have peace of mind knowing we are here every step of the way.
You make an offer.

Ongoing Support.
Once you have chosen your new nanny, we are there to guide you through the initial hiring process and can provide you with a customized contract of employment depending on which package you choose. We will also assist with salary negotiations and introduce you to a cost effective payroll company.
